Proteomics Web Services Developed by Dr. Bin Fu's Group

We have developed a web server for comparing protein structures in 3D space. A user can input structures by either PDB codes or by uploading PDB format files from the local machine.
Our current web server has four main services. The first service is a Protein Structure Comparison Tool , which allows you to compare two structures accurately in 3D space and receive the results of multiple web servers via e-mail.
The second service is a Fast Pairwise Protein Structure Comparison Tool , which can align hundreds of pairs of structures in one second.
The third service is a Protein Similar Structures Search Tool , which compares one query structure against all the structures in the protein data bank in a fast pairwise manner.
The fourth service is a sample of Scop Domain Prediction Tool . It can automatically assign a newly discovered protein to a domain of Scop. The prediction algorithm consists of sequence similarity search and structure similarity search.
